Your page. Your privacy.
Published profiles can be viewed without signing in when the site is public. Creating and managing a page requires a Google account. Signing in creates a secure session cookie. Connecting Google Calendar, with separate consent, lets the app read busy intervals and create private events in your primary calendar after you approve a meeting request.
What we store
Your Google account identifier, email and name; the profile text, photograph, Spotify track and sharing settings you choose. Meeting requests include the visitor’s name, contact details, proposal and requested dates; these are visible only to the page owner in their inbox and approved events. A hash of the request IP is temporarily stored for rate limiting. Google Calendar refresh tokens are encrypted on the server. Tokens are never included in public profiles.
What visitors can see
Published pages show your chosen name, text, photograph and track. If you enable calendar sharing, visitors see busy times, never event titles, descriptions or guests. Your account email is not displayed. Draft pages are accessible only to their owner.
Connected services
Google provides sign-in and calendar access. When email notifications are configured, Resend processes meeting request details to deliver notifications to the page owner. Spotify loads only when you open the record player and may use cookies and process playback information according to its own privacy policy. Google Fonts supplies the typeface. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare.
Your controls
In the editor you can unpublish your page, replace or remove your photo, remove music and disconnect your calendar. Disconnecting deletes the stored calendar token and disables busy-time sharing. You can also revoke access in your Google account’s third-party connections settings. Profile data remains stored until deleted by the operator.
